- Go to the sign-in page.
- Enter the email address and password you signed up with.
- Click Sign In. SynaiTranslate opens on the Console. If your church was never created, you are asked to Create your church first.
When it will not let you in
Work down this list in order — the first three cover nearly everything.
- You never entered the code from your sign-up email. Until you do, signing in asks for that 6-digit code instead of opening SynaiTranslate. Type it in, or press Send a new code if the email is gone.
- Wrong address. Sign-in only works with the exact address you signed up with. A personal address will not find the account even if it reaches the same inbox.
- Forgotten password. Use the "Forgot password?" link rather than guessing — see Reset a forgotten password.
- Too many attempts. After five sign-in attempts for the same address within 15 minutes, sign-in pauses. The message tells you how many seconds to wait — wait it out rather than trying again.
