Your church’s SynaiTranslate account is created on one screen: your church, your email and a password, then a code from your email.
You are setting up your church
Anyone can sign up, with 6 hours of translation free to try and no card needed.
- Open the sign-up page and enter your Church name, Email and Password (at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter and a number). Your church’s country and time zone are filled in from your device — click Change if they are wrong.
- Click Create account.
- Open the email we send and type its 6-digit code on the Check your email screen. It carries on by itself once all six digits are in.
The code signs you in, creates your church with you as its Owner, and opens SynaiTranslate on the Console. There is no setup wizard and no plan to choose first. Your own name is not asked; add it under Profile in the account menu.
The verification email
The code proves the address belongs to you, which matters because your email address is how you sign in and how you recover the account. Until you enter it, signing in asks for the code instead of opening SynaiTranslate.
- Check your spam or junk folder first — this is by far the most common cause.
- Send a new code on the Check your email screen sends another. It unlocks after a minute, and only a few emails are sent per address per day.
- Typed the address wrong? Use a different email takes you back to the form.
- If you have already left that screen, do not sign up again — sign in with the email and password you chose, and the sign-in page asks for the code.
